Simple, Timeless, Classic & Elegant are some of the most popular adjectives we hear from our couples when they tour and describe the type of wedding they envision. I would have to say that Kalee & Stephen achieved that goal with their wedding at Keswick Vineyards on April 22nd.

First, this couple chose to keep their florals very simple by using mostly baby breath with a few centerpieces with tulips. Not only does this help on the budget, but it allows the natural beauty of Keswick Vineyards to do the talking. No need to compete when you have views like this for your ceremony. Whichever way you look, you have the beauty of Virginia’s mountains or a classic Virginia Estate.

The couple kept things simple yet added some touches that just made things a little more elegant. Lets start with the champagne wall. Right from the start guests knew they were in for a treat by immediately helping themselves to a glass of champagne. From there they immediately are taken back by the beauty of Edgewood Estate, the Virginia Mountains and of course, our iconic fountain. Lets just say, sensory overload!

After the gorgeous ceremony guests headed to cocktail hour. Just take a look at this 300+ year old Oak tree to shade your guests under as they sip a cocktail or two. I just love again the little elegant touch of a sign describing drinks for their guests. And speaking of another “splash” of something simple yet eye catching, the couple used cake pops displayed on a white shelved wall as their escort cards. Who doesn’t like a sweet treat?

Speaking of sweet treats for their wedding, just look at this simple, timeless, classic wedding cake. Nothing over the top. Instead, this couple added a few more wonderful surprises to finish their wedding night with. Everyone loves a good bourbon bar and cigar bar to wrap up the evening and then to include a food truck with delicious chicken and waffles, perfection!
